Kicking Off the 2025 Paving Season with Black Earth Pavement

Black Earth Pavement is officially kicking off the 2025 season! After a successful 2024, we’re ready to deliver top-quality asphalt, concrete, and sealcoating services. As the temperatures rise and winter fades, the Black Earth Pavement team is officially back in action for the 2025 season! We’re excited to hit the ground running, bringing high-quality asphalt, concrete, and sealcoating services to businesses and homeowners across the Waukesha County and beyond.

Looking Back at 2024: Our Favorite Projects

Last year was a busy and successful season for Black Earth Pavement. Here are some standout projects from 2024 that we’re especially proud of:

Private Road Construction – We completed a private road project in the Village of Oconomowoc Lake where we pulverized the existing degraded roadway, and paved a new smooth, durable asphalt road improving the driving experience for all residents throughout the year!

Parking Lot Paving – A large-scale parking lot transformation (Sunset Bowl – Waukesha, WI)  involved pouring 2 new large dumpster pads in concrete, pulverizing old asphalt, grading for proper drainage, and installing a two-lift asphalt pavement system for superior durability. We even had some some great video footage captured by 3Barn of the job! Check out our YouTube page for more of that video and other great footage.

Residential Driveway Transformations – We helped homeowners upgrade their properties with smooth, freshly paved driveways that enhanced curb appeal and functionality. Check out our blog where we followed the crews around for a day to highlight their daily job schedule that included residential driveways, approaches and commercial paving.

Commercial Concrete Work – We completed durable concrete dumpster pads as well as concrete loading docks for a local business, ensuring long-lasting support for heavy equipment.

Line Striping & Sealcoating – Businesses and schools trusted us to refresh their parking lots with protective sealcoating and crisp, professional line striping.

2024 By the Numbers: Interesting Facts from Last Season

🔹 Projects Completed – From small residential jobs to large commercial projects, we successfully completed over 2,914 projects last season between our paving, concrete and sealcoating crews!

🔹 Miles of Pavement Installed – We put down enough asphalt this year to pave 53 lane miles of asphalt at 2″ in depth. That’s enough to pave from our office in Delafield to Camp Randall Stadium in Madison!

🔹 What others are saying – We take immense pride in providing high quality customer service. Hearing the feedback from our customers never gets old. In 2024 we received over 120 5 star reviews!
